Open-Meteo forecasts now load for each peak, cached so the map doesn't ask again on every pan. A failed request keeps the last good forecast instead of showing nothing.
Technical details
- Fetch per peak in
lib/forecast/open-meteo.ts: wind, gusts and visibility, hourly, by coordinates. - Cache in
lib/forecast/cache.ts: 10 minutes per peak, keyed by peak id and hour. - Failed request: the last forecast stays, marked stale after 30 minutes.
- Tests in
lib/forecast/open-meteo.test.ts: the cache, a timeout and a bad response.

Your projects live in FreeRide's hosted database. Your code stays in your repo: FreeRide stores what your agents save (features, decisions, docs, ideas and work logs), never your source files.
Those are files you write and maintain by hand, read when a session starts. FreeRide is a whole project your agents keep current as you work, shared across your tools and your team. Setup adds a few lines to those files so every agent knows to use it.
No, they work together. Git keeps your code and what changed. FreeRide keeps everything around it: why it was built that way, what's planned, the bugs found along the way and how it works today. Commits never carry that, so an agent reading only git history can see what changed but not why.
FreeRide is a hosted service, so there's nothing to run. The plugin that connects it to your tools is open source (MIT).
